Heavily inspired by Monopoly (Roll/move, land on properties which you can buy, etc.), in Political Assets players attempt to accumulate wealth and public opinion in a bid to become President. From the game summary:

"The object of Political Assets is to rise from the ranks of an everyday taxpayer to become President of the United States...to win the game you must own all the property (wealth) and accumulate 60% of the public opinion.

"The game was designed to show that in politics one must strive to move by attaining property and public opinion. It must be noted that in being to quick the person may become bankrupt or impeached from the group. On the other hand, if too slow another person will beat you to your goal. You may also make deals as well as most politicians do, however, please keep the deals related to both sides all inclusive to the game components only."
