Climaxxx is a Roll and move erotic game for two players with similar mechanics to Snakes and Ladders. The goal of the game is to be the first to reach the end of the board. However, you lose the game if you have an orgasm before your partner at any time before the end.

The game is played in two separate phases, the first being softer while the second phase is played naked. Throughout the game, players may have to pick a card and do what the image on it explains. Other possible areas are 'Wine/Drinks pauses' and 'Bite the other player'.

The winner gets to dare the other player to do something he or she wants.
